1. Shipping Origin
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Shanghai, China. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak periods or holidays, processing time may be extended by 1-2 additional business days.
2. Shipping Methods
We offer two shipping methods: Standard Delivery and Express Delivery. Standard Delivery typically takes 5-30 business days depending on the destination country, and includes end-to-end tracking. Express Delivery typically takes 2-10 business days and includes full tracking with priority handling. The available shipping methods and estimated delivery times for your country will be displayed at checkout.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the destination country. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Shipping rates are subject to change based on carrier pricing updates.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number on the carrier's website to monitor the status of your shipment. Please allow 24-48 hours after receiving the tracking number for the carrier's system to update.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for information on potential charges before placing your order.
6. Delivery Issues
If your package appears to be lost, damaged, or has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@evsupplychina.com or via WhatsApp. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. For damaged shipments, please retain all packaging materials and take photos of the damage for the claims process.
7. Shipping Restrictions
Some items may not be eligible for all shipping methods due to size, weight, or carrier restrictions. If a shipping method is unavailable for your order, you will be notified at checkout. For oversized or overweight orders that exceed standard carrier limits, please contact us directly for a custom shipping quote.
8. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for shipments delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately. Address changes may not be possible once the order has been shipped.
