The suspension and steering system links the chassis to the wheels, absorbing road vibrations while maintaining tyre contact and precise steering geometry. BYD EVs use independent multi-link rear suspensions and MacPherson strut front designs, calibrated for the low centre of gravity created by the underfloor battery pack. This category includes front and rear stabilizer bar assemblies, stabilizer bar tie rods with ball joints, steering gears with tie rod assemblies, steering wheels, power steering units, clock springs, intermediate shafts, front and rear subframe assemblies, rear coil springs, and suspension guide arms for BYD Atto 3, Dolphin, Sealion 7, and Denza D9. Replacement components must restore OEM camber and toe settings for safe handling and even tyre wear.
